In 1948, Australia's own car, the Holden was launched and Preston Motors was appointed distributor for the new car. Today, the Preston Motors Group is regarded as one of the longest established and most highly respected motor vehicle retailers in Australia.
Preston Motors has always had an interest in and love affair with Australian motor sport and over recent years has come to realise their valued customers share the same passion for the sport. The legend Peter Brock even worked with Preston Motors parts sales back in 1962.
To demonstrate their passion Preston Motors in 2007 is using its 95 years of experience to launch a world class racing team - Preston Motors Racing (PMR).
In 2008 the team will be launching in the V8 Fujitsu Series. It is PMR’s goal to share the experience and excitement with Preston Motors valued customers by offering the Ultimate Hot Lap Experience.

PMR can organise for you or your business a Hot Lap program that will have you racing around the track with a professional driver at speeds of up to 260km/h and the ability to take up to three passengers.
